A tragic incident took place in Daly City where 27-year-old mother of two, Frances Kendra Lucero, lost her life in front of her young children aged 3 and 4.
According to investigators, Lucero had an argument with her partner and father of the children, 27-year-old Romier Narag, after a family dinner.
The argument escalated, and Narag pulled out a 9mm handgun and allegedly shot Lucero as she ran towards their home.
Narag has been charged with murder and child endangerment.
The incident has left the community in shock and mourning for the loss of a young mother who was taken away from her children in a senseless act of violence.
