Bryanna Johnson, a 21-year-old woman, has been sentenced to 10 years in prison with five additional years of supervision for shooting Anthony Rodriguez, a server at Wauwatosa George Webb, back in January of 2022.

Johnson’s sister, Hannah Johnson, is also in jail for the same shooting.

Bryanna Johnson apologized to Rodriguez in court for the serious injury or harm she caused to him by pulling the trigger inside the restaurant.

The shooting happened after Johnson’s sister got into a fight with the server over their order.

Cell phone video shows Johnson pointing the gun at least twice and hitting Rodriguez in the face.

Rodriguez spent upwards of six months in a neck brace and had a quarter of his teeth recently replaced.

Johnson accepted responsibility for her actions and the judge called the shooting 13 seconds of horrible judgment in the heat of the moment brought on by loved ones picking a fight.

Rodriguez agreed with the judge’s sentence and called it a step forward in the healing process.

Hannah Johnson is still facing first-degree intentional homicide charges, with a plea hearing set for next.
