Local 23 News at 10 Weekend Weather: On this weekend, there will be on and off showers with gusting winds of 25 to 30 mph off the shore, which will calm down to 15 mph by Upper Valley.

The temperature in Edinburgh is 49 degrees with winds coming out of the North Northeast at 13 mph.
Though the temperature will not drop too much throughout Sunday, there will be increased chances of rain showers.
The temperature will remain below average, and the spring season will start with a cloudy atmosphere.
The best chance for rain showers is in Stark County, but a few of them could fall into Lower Valley and coastal areas.
Monday will be the first day of spring, but there will still be plenty of cloud cover.
The temperature will fall into the mid-40s on the island tonight and reach the mid-60s tomorrow with high rip current risk and rough conditions expected at the bay.
The next seven days will see a warm-up into the 70s by next weekend, with temperatures reaching the 90s as early as Thursday for the rest of the valley.
A weak cold front is expected to pass by Friday, bringing a slight chance of showers, other than the current rainy conditions over the next few days.
