In a major development in the Ukrainian Russian war, the US European Command (EUCOM) has announced that two Russian Su-27 aircraft harassed a US MQ-9 Unmanned Aerial Vehicle (UAV) in the Black Sea, causing the MQ-9 to crash in international waters after being hit by one of the aircraft.
