Two men were killed and four others injured in a shooting at a nightclub in south Columbus early this morning.

The shooting occurred at the Plug nightclub on South High Street at around 5 a.m.

The victims are between the ages of 21 and 36, and two of the injured men are expected to survive.

The two men who were killed in the shooting have been identified as Antoine Artists, 21, and Jaden Peacock, 22.

Police arrived on the scene at 5:18 a.m.

and found Artists dead inside the club.

Peacock was taken to Nationwide Children’s Hospital in a private car, where he later died.

Two of the injured victims were taken to Grant Medical Center, while the other two were taken to OSU hospital in stable condition.

Police are still investigating and have not yet identified any suspects.

Community leaders are reacting to the incident and their responses will be shared at 11 p.m.
