30 Homes in Northern California’s Woodside Threatened by Potential Mudslide Deadly Fungus Spreading in U.S. Healthcare Facilities Raises Concern

Two individuals have been charged in connection with the shooting of a teenager during a game of “Nerf Wars” at the Anderson Township home of Bengal player Joe Mixon.

Shalonda Mixon, the sister of Mixon, and her boyfriend Lamont Brewer face charges related to the incident, in which Brewer allegedly fired nearly a dozen shots at a group of teens playing with toy Nerf guns in a neighboring yard.

The victim was struck in the foot by one of the shots and immediately sought cover.

While Mixon did not pull the trigger, prosecutors say she attempted to hide evidence by gathering shell casings from the yard.

Brewer has a history of violent behavior and has been indicted by a grand jury for his role in the shooting.
