Two individuals have been charged after leading Wauwatosa police on two separate high-speed chases.

Davion Newson, a Milwaukee man who was out on bail in two cases, is accused of driving recklessly while a baby was in the back seat during one of the pursuits.

The wild chases took place on Milwaukee’s Northwest side and ended near Newson’s home, where police found a rifle and a large quantity of drugs in the first car.

Newson and his female passenger, Camilla May, were arrested and charged with multiple felonies.

Newson is currently being held on $30,000 bail, while May was released on a $2,500 signature bond.
