The $250 million civil fraud trial against former president Trump will not take place tomorrow due to election day. However, today in court, there were plenty of fireworks as Trump took the stand and criticized the trial and the judge.

After about 40 minutes, the judge told Trump’s lawyers to control their client. Donald Trump emerged from court and vowed to keep his mouth shut, although he quickly broke that promise. He believes that this case is a scam and should never have been brought.

Trump and his two sons are being tried for defrauding banks and insurance companies by inflating the value of certain holdings, such as Trump Tower, on business documents. Trump admitted to reviewing these documents but downplayed his role.
