Today in Chandler, a 99-year-old boy tragically lost his life and his father is currently in critical condition following a collision at the intersection of Ray Road and Coronado Street. Police report that two vehicles crashed on the street, with one of them veering onto the sidewalk and striking the father and son who were waiting to cross the street. Although the young boy was rushed to the hospital, unfortunately, he succumbed to his injuries. His father remains in the hospital in critical condition.
