Authorities in Brookings County, South Dakota are investigating the death of a 19-year-old man who was killed while working at a gravel pit.
The victim, identified as I.
Wicks, was found dead yesterday.
Officials believe that he was working near a large piece of machinery and was killed by accident.
Wicks was alone at the time of the incident and was found by other employees after the accident took place.
The investigation is ongoing.
