A fire broke out at the Thrifty Wash laundromat once again, a now-vacant building located on Niles Street in Kern County.

The building has caught fire several times in the past, and this latest blaze occurred last night, just after nine.

Fire officials were able to knock down the fire within two hours, and fortunately, no one was inside the building at the time.

The Kern County Fire Department had previously been called to the location to put out several warming fires before this latest incident.

The cause of the fire is currently under investigation.
