Two juveniles and a pregnant woman were stabbed on Saturday afternoon in Antioch, according to local police.

The incident occurred around 4pm near the intersection of Wilbur Avenue and a street.

When investigators arrived at the scene, they found a 35-year-old pregnant woman and an 11-year-old girl and a 14-year-old boy suffering from stab wounds.

One of the children was airlifted to a hospital for treatment, while the other child and the woman were taken to a hospital as well.

Two of the victims are said to be in critical condition.

The Antioch police arrested a male suspect after tracking down a car seen leaving the crime scene at a high rate of speed.

He was spike stripped and ended up crashing his vehicle.

Although he was uninjured, he was taken into custody.

Investigators have not identified the suspect, but they plan to hold a news conference sometime next week to offer more information on the investigation.

Governor Gavin Newsom has not yet made a statement regarding the incident.
