The Milwaukee County Jail is facing scrutiny again after a third inmate was found dead since December.

The latest inmate, identified by family members as 37-year-old Terence Mack, was found dead in his cell on Thursday morning.

The Waukesha County Sheriff’s Department is investigating the incident.

According to the Sheriff’s Office, Mack was found unconscious and non-responsive during a scheduled medication pass.

Life-saving measures were started immediately, but he was declared dead just before 10 a.m.

Mack had been in custody since January 31st.

This latest death follows the deaths of two other inmates in the Milwaukee County Jail since December.

The Sheriff’s Office does not provide or release any video or audio footage from inside the jail for security purposes.

However, similar incidents in Milwaukee Police holding cells have resulted in video and audio footage being released.

The investigation into Mack’s death is ongoing, and more details are expected to emerge.
