Texas Teenager Charged with Murder for Selling Fentanyl-Laced Pill
An 18-year-old, Jaquel Ray, has been arrested and charged with murder and delivery charges after selling a fentanyl-laced pill that resulted in the death of a 15-year-old boy in Central Texas.
Law enforcement officials have warned the public that they will continue to pursue felony murder charges in similar cases.
Meanwhile, a fatal accident occurred on I-14 and Indian Trail in Harker Heights, where a pedestrian, 20-year-old Elijah Chison, was hit by a vehicle and died two hours later.
The police confirmed that the driver of the vehicle would not be facing any charges.
