Terry Peak, South Dakota – With just a few weeks left in their season, Terry Peak is reflecting on a successful winter.

Visitors from all over have stopped by this season to hit the slopes, including Carter Gonzalez and Seth Grubert from Kansas who were pleased to see the resort fully covered in snow this year.

With over 180 inches of natural snowfall this winter, the slopes have never looked better.

According to Linda Derosier, the resort typically aims for 150 inches, which they sometimes fall short of, but this year the snowfall was perfect.

Terry Peak opened early this year in November and plans to stay open for a few more weeks.

While the closing date for the season isn’t known yet, the resort has many exciting events planned and visitors like Gonzalez and Grubert are already planning to return next year.
