According to Local 23 News at 10 Weather on March 17th, temperatures are expected to drop overnight, with some areas in the Upper Valley potentially staying a few degrees warmer than the Lower Valley, but still reaching the 40s.
Wind gusts of around 25 mph are also expected overnight, along with a chance of a few sprinkles.
By Friday afternoon, the chance of rain is expected to increase, with scattered showers throughout the day and evening, and a 20% chance of showers on Saturday.
Temperatures will remain cool, with highs around 61 degrees and lows in the upper 40s and 50s throughout the weekend.
The risk of high surf and rip currents is also present, leading to the closure of beaches.
More rain is expected next week, with a 20-30% chance of showers on Monday and Tuesday, before clearing up on Thursday, and temperatures rising back up into the 80s.
