Tejashwi Yadav issued a challenge to the government after being summoned by the CBI in connection with the Land For Job Scam.
A petition was filed in the Delhi High Court to halt the summons.
In the plea, the petitioner demanded that a stay be imposed on the summons until the legislative assembly session concludes.
Tejashwi Yadav has requested time to respond until the session ends.
In the Land For Job Scam case, Tejashwi Yadav was linked to the CBI’s investigation.
Today, Justice Dinesh Kumar Sharma’s bench in the Delhi High Court will hear the case.
This will be the third time that Tejashwi Yadav has not attended the CBI’s interrogation in the Land For Job Scam case.
Previously, on March 4th and 11th, Tejashwi Yadav had been summoned for questioning, but he did not appear.
Tejashwi Yadav’s associate Sushil Pandey has already joined the CBI’s investigation from Delhi.
A petition has been filed in the Delhi High Court regarding the matter, and it remains to be seen what updates will follow.
The hearing is scheduled for approximately 11 or 12 noon today.
