A teenager has confessed to murder after throwing rocks at police officers near a San Antonio store, according to an affidavit.

The teen was being questioned by the San Antonio Police Department when he admitted to committing a murder back in February.

Meanwhile, a man named Sebastian Segovia has been charged with capital murder after confessing to stabbing a man on the northwest side.

Police say Segovia was causing a disturbance inside a Dollar Tree store and threw a rock at them when they detained him.

He allegedly asked to speak with homicide detectives about a murder he committed on February 23rd at the Sorrento Apartments, off of Fredericksburg Road near Babcock.

Court documents state that Segovia admitted to killing the man and gave police the murder weapon and the victim’s wallet.
