According to the witness, the attackers who killed him are currently evading the police. The incident is believed to be a deliberate murder, based on the information provided by the witness who saw four men wearing black ski masks emerging from a dark sedan and opening fire.
The incident occurred at around 4:00 AM on West 34th Street. One of the shots fired struck the victim in the neck.
The police speculate that this act is linked to a previous event and not a random robbery. The witness stated that earlier in the day, there had been a dispute involving the victim and some other males. Houston Police are examining surveillance footage from the area.
