A 20-year-old man was shot and killed in Garfield Park, Chicago, on the evening of April 17th.

The victim was walking in the 3800 block of West Arlington around 4:15 PM when four individuals approached him and began firing shots, hitting him in the face.

He was rushed to Mount Sinai Hospital but was pronounced dead upon arrival.

The attackers fled into a nearby building, prompting the Chicago Police Department to call in SWAT for an investigation.

The incident is still under investigation by authorities.
