Several students from Coconino High School in Flagstaff have reported feeling sick after attending a JROTC ball at the DoubleTree Resort on Saturday.
Police are now seeking a man for questioning who visited the hotel on the same day.
According to police reports, the man was wandering around the hotel before entering the banquet room where the event was being held.
A chaperone approached him and asked for his name, to which he responded with “Sergeant Major Travis Palmer” before quickly leaving.
Around 30 minutes later, six girls and one boy reported feeling sick and suspect that their drinks may have been spiked.
Flagstaff police are now urging anyone with information about the man or the incident to contact them immediately.
