Japanese Prime Minister Yoshihide Suga is reportedly finalizing plans to invite South Korean President Moon Jae-in to the G7 summit in Hiroshima in May, according to Japanese media.
Today, Yomiuri Shimbun reported that the Hiroshima summit would include not only G7 member countries, but also invited countries, and that President Moon has been invited as a solution provider to the issue of Japanese forced laborers belonging to the conscripted laborer corps.
Japan can invite countries as a host country for the seven major countries this year.
