Transitional Improvements: Helping Homeless & Formerly Incarcerated Grocery Store Shooting; 1 Injured, 1 in Custody

date on road conditions is to follow Lex Yelberton in her live coverage from the town she is in. Currently, Lex is reporting from the corner of Denali and Northern Lights, where snow is continuing to fall.

She emphasizes the importance of driving cautiously and slowly on slippery roads due to the snow. According to Paul Van Landingham, the street maintenance manager with the Municipality of Anchorage, all of Anchorage’s main roads have been cleared, while residential areas are still being worked on by snow plowers.

If the snow continues to accumulate 3 to 4 inches, the plowing will be temporarily halted to clear the main roads and then resume residential plowing. Landingham advises drivers to increase their following and stopping distances and allocate extra time for their journey. He hopes to have all the roads cleared by Wednesday or Thursday, depending on the weather.

In the meantime, he urges residents not to park on the streets to ensure safety and aid in road clearance. Lex will have a comprehensive report on this tonight at 10. To stay updated on road conditions, follow Lex Yelberton..
