Driver in Russia Detonates Himself During Arrest Attempt
In the city of Yeysk, Russia, a man detonated himself as law enforcement officers attempted to apprehend him.
The incident took place in the Krasnodar region of the Russian Federation, where the driver of a Niva vehicle exploded himself on the road.
The man had been stopped by the police supposedly for document verification, a tactic commonly used to serve military conscription notices.
However, the Russian driver refused to open the door and threatened to detonate himself on the spot.
An intervention team was called to the scene, but the man ultimately detonated an unidentified device, resulting in his own explosion.
