Eric hails from St.
Louis, Missouri, and it’s his first time attending the convention.
“I just really wanted to be here, and I didn’t care where I was coming from.
I was going to make it happen,” he shares enthusiastically.
Sam, originally from Washington, echoes Eric’s sentiments.
While they have encountered some people from outside the area, they feel that many attendees are locals.
As first-timers, they express their excitement and satisfaction with the event, finding it even better than expected.
“The energy here is phenomenal,” Eric exclaims, emphasizing the personal interactions and photo opportunities with the drag queens.
Sam agrees, appreciating the chance to spend time with their favorite stars and create lasting memories.
