A 19-year-old named Riley Schubert, who is the son of a former Sacramento district attorney, has been arrested for driving under the influence and resisting arrest in Roseville, according to police.
Schubert was pulled over by a police officer after he was seen turning onto Riverside Avenue without yielding and nearly hitting another car.
His bail has been set at $50,000 and his court date is scheduled for Monday.
