The rebuild of Ireland’s Four Courts in Arlington, which suffered extensive damage after a car crashed into the bar and caused a fire last summer, is currently underway.

The demolition started in February and the owners hope to reopen the bar by this summer, after realizing that the damage was more extensive than initially thought.

Unfortunately, the bar will not be able to open in time for Saint Patrick’s Day this year.

The community has shown support for the owners and the goal is to reopen in August.

The owners plan to make up for lost time and have a double celebration next Saint Patrick’s Day.

Meanwhile, they encourage customers to celebrate at other local Irish pubs.
