An incident occurred this morning at Baptist Health where Fort Smith Police responded to a possible weapon threat. A worker inside the hospital reported seeing a man with a gun, prompting a lockdown of the hospital while police searched the area. However, no threats or individuals with guns were found during the investigation. After the search, Baptist Health was released from lockdown.
