Local Weather Forecast for Hampton Roads: Possible Rain, Wind, and Tidal Flooding Expected Next Week

According to Edmondson, Thursday will be a beautiful day with plenty of sunshine and high temperatures near 60 degrees.
However, on Friday, a chance of rain will work its way into the area during the afternoon, accompanied by cloudy skies and warmer temperatures.
Friday night is expected to be particularly soggy, with a lot of rain continuing into Saturday morning.
Despite the morning clouds, Saturday should be dry as the rain moves offshore.
Looking ahead, Edmondson mentioned the possibility of another storm system for Wednesday next week, which could bring significant wind and rain to the area.
This system could lead to tidal flooding and generally unpleasant conditions for the day.
Overall, temperatures are expected to be in the 60s on Thursday, 70s on Friday, and back down to the 40s by Sunday.
