A spy network in Poland, working for Russia, has been busted by Internal Security Agency agents, according to Mariusz Bazczak, Poland’s Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of National Defence.

The espionage group had gathered information in favor of those who attacked Ukraine, committed war crimes and threatened critical infrastructure.

Bazczak emphasized that as Ukraine was attacked by Russia and Poland was hit by a hybrid attack from the territory of Belarus, these people were acting against their country.

The successful exposure of the entire spy network by the Internal Security Agency officials proves that Polish services are working effectively for the security of the country.

The threat from Russia has always been a concern for Poland.
