Although it’s not quite pool weather yet, the upcoming week promises decent temperatures, setting the stage for the opening of many pools during the Memorial Day weekend.

Currently, the region is experiencing mainly cloudy skies with isolated showers in some areas.

Mercer, Lawrence, and possibly Beaver County may see a few showers, while the southern parts of Allegheny County and Tout Somerset could experience heavier downpours.

The afternoon will bring temperatures in the 60s and 70s, providing a comfortable and enjoyable day for outdoor activities.

Looking ahead, Mother’s Day is expected to have partly cloudy skies, with a few more clouds mixing in throughout the day.

Nonetheless, it will be a decent day to celebrate with your mother.

Monday also appears to be mostly dry, with only a slight chance of a few sprinkles, primarily in the early morning hours.

These conditions are unlikely to require the use of windshield wipers.

Temperatures throughout the week will remain moderate, with highs in the low to mid-70s.

As the skies dry up, the pollen count is anticipated to increase, reaching a high level for both Mother’s Day and Monday before decreasing to the moderate range.

For tonight, expect partly to mostly cloudy skies with a low of 51 degrees.

Mother’s Day will bring comfortable conditions, with a high of 74 degrees.

Looking at the extended forecast, the upcoming week promises mostly sunny skies, with highs in the 70s and morning lows in the 40s.
