A man in Phoenix, Jacob Wilco, is facing several felony charges after he was caught driving under the influence with his young daughter strapped to his chest in a baby carrier.
According to court documents, Wilco crashed his car into a telephone pole while driving with his daughter, who is less than a year old.
A witness who went to check on him saw the baby strapped to his chest.
The girl was taken to the hospital with a fractured skull, while Wilco had injuries on his face.
Police say Wilco took a breathalyzer test and blew .128 over the legal limit, admitting to drinking beer.
He now faces multiple DUI charges as well as a charge of child abuse.
