Bryan Kohberger, a criminology Ph.D.

student, has been indicted by a grand jury in Idaho.

The indictment comes in connection with the home invasion murders of four University of Idaho undergraduates.

Due to the indictment, Kohberger will not have an opportunity to provide a comment on the evidence used to arrest him.

Instead, a preliminary hearing has been scheduled for late June, during which the evidence will be presented.

However, a new arrangement is set to take place next Monday.

This development will spare the two surviving housemates and other potential witnesses from having to testify under cross-examination before the preliminary hearing.

The details regarding the charges and the specific evidence against Kohberger have not been disclosed at this time.
