One Person Dead After Shooting in South Jackson
A shooting in South Jackson has resulted in the death of one person.
According to witnesses in the Swan Lake Subdivision, around 6pm, they heard yelling and five gunshots.
Video footage shows a silver Buick with back windows shot out and several shell casting markers on the ground.
The victim, a man, was found in the car with multiple gunshot wounds and died at the scene.
Jackson Police Department is currently looking for a man and a woman in a grey car who may be responsible for the shooting.
The woman was described as wearing red shorts at the time of the shooting.
