Ohio Suspect Removed from US 40 Times, Says Border Patrol
A suspect arrested in Ohio has been removed from the United States a staggering 40 times, according to Border Patrol officials.
The issue of drug smuggling into the US by cartels is becoming increasingly large, with smugglers commonly re-entering the country after being removed, says Terrell County Sheriff Thaddeus Cleveland.
It is time to get back to Title 18 charges and have consequences for those legally crossing the border, says Cleveland.
He adds that lack of consequences is the biggest failure when it comes to the border, and that we need to weed out those who are falsely claiming asylum.
