North Carolina Ranked Fourth in Tracing Guns Used in Crimes
According to a recent report from the ATF, North Carolina police have ranked fourth in the United States in tracing guns used in crimes back to their owners.
The report covers the period from 2017 through 2021, during which law enforcement in North Carolina turned in over 90,000 guns to be traced.
Although California, Texas, and Florida turned in more guns, experts agree that the big takeaway is that police in North Carolina are doing an excellent job.
