Philadelphia Witnesses Multiple Shootings Resulting in 2 Deaths

Six people have been shot and two of them have died after a night of violence in Philadelphia, according to police reports.

The shootings took place at various locations across the city, including Horsham Township, southwest Philadelphia, and West Philadelphia.

In Horsham Township, a person was discovered dead near the White Marsh Cemetery at Lime Kiln Pike and Waterside Boulevard around 3 p.m.

In southwest Philadelphia, a 38-year-old man was found shot and killed at 7700 block of Lindbergh Boulevard around 2:30 a.m.

Police believe that three suspects in a silver Jeep Liberty pulled up next to the victim’s car and opened fire, but they do not know the motive for the shooting.

Meanwhile, in West Philadelphia, a triple shooting occurred at 1100 block of North 40th Street around 11:45 p.m.

Three men were shot, with two of them sustaining critical injuries.

Police reported that at least 29 shots were fired during the incident, and a weapon was found inside a vehicle at the hospital where one of the victims was taken.

Investigations are ongoing, and no arrests have been made at this time.

Police have not disclosed if they believe any of the incidents are connected.

The authorities urge anyone with information about these shootings to come forward and assist with the investigations.
