The Moscow murder case has revealed more than 60 documents including search warrant applications and receipts.
Though some parts are still sealed, the documents shed light on the investigation against Brian Coburger, the suspect in the case.
According to a trial attorney, the volume of warrants issued indicates that investigators are trying to collect as much information as possible and are casting a wide net.
The warrants cover the suspect’s phone data, social media accounts, financial records, as well as those of the victims.
Investigators have identified Coburger as a person of interest since November 25th and have been trying to track down k-bar knives and sheaths like the one found at the scene.
However, caution is advised as there are still pieces under seal, and much more information will likely be held to preserve the case until trial.
Coburger is due back in court for a preliminary hearing on June 26th.
