The court has issued an arrest warrant for Park Kyung-seok, the representative of the National Disability Discrimination Abolition Association, who led the subway boarding protest.

Earlier, the police had applied for an arrest warrant after Park refused to attend 18 demands for attendance, alleging that he had organized subway rallies for two years from January 2021, disrupting train operations.

Jeon Jang-hyun, who leads the association, is scheduled to speak about the warrant application in front of the Seoul Metropolitan Police Agency at 11 a.m.
