The Lauderdale County deputies are seeking assistance in locating two missing individuals, Mary Anne and Christopher Moore. Christopher has a history of violence and mental instability, which has raised concerns about Mary Anne’s safety.
Aria Pond, reporting from the Lauderdale County Sheriff’s Office, spoke with lead investigator Dylan Hog about the case. Hog stated that there have been several red flags during the investigation, but they are not yet able to classify it as a kidnapping. Christopher Moore has a criminal record and is currently on probation.
There is a suspicion that Mary Anne may be in danger due to her association with him. The pair borrowed a car on November 3rd and withdrew a large amount of money from the bank.
Mary Anne is a stay-at-home mom who usually withdraws cash with the help of a family friend. The friend reported them missing after not seeing Mrs. Moore for a few days.
The last known sighting of the two was near County Road 462 in Lexington. Hog urges anyone with information about their whereabouts to contact the Lauderdale County Sheriff’s Office..
