In memory of John Manka, a procession of Milwaukee County highway vehicles was held today. The 71-year-old snow plow driver died last month in a crash on I-894 near Beloit Road. Manka’s vehicle crashed through a chain-link fence while he was on duty. Milwaukee County Executive David Crowley honored Manka’s service and sacrifice for the community.
