Today’s forecast brings a mix of sunshine and clouds, making it a fairly pleasant day for most.
However, there is a chance of isolated rain showers, so it’s advisable to keep your rain gear nearby.
Despite the possibility of rain, temperatures reached a comfortable 82 degrees.
Looking ahead, Futurecast indicates that rain showers will be filling in from the west throughout the evening.
While these showers are expected to be light and sporadic, it is still worth noting the potential for wet weather.
Fortunately, the rain is expected to clear overnight, leading to a sunny Wednesday morning with a few clouds lingering.
However, temperatures will take a dip as winds from the north move in, resulting in highs in the low 70s—about a 10-degree drop from today.
The sunny and mild conditions will persist through Wednesday and Thursday, as high pressure dominates the area, bringing dry and sinking air.
This dry spell will continue until Friday when rain chances return.
On Friday morning, there may be some showers on the horizon, and the forecast for Saturday’s events, such as the race, still includes the possibility of rain.
However, there are indications that the system might weaken, and the forecast may need to be adjusted as more model runs come in.
Sunday is shaping up to be the better of the two weekend days, with partly cloudy skies and a temperature of 80 degrees.
It will be a pleasant end to the week and start of the weekend, reminiscent of the conditions we experienced today with highs in the low 80s.
By Tuesday, temperatures will cool further, reaching the mid-70s.
