According to reports, snowfall over the past 24 hours has resulted in snow totals of about 2 to 4 inches, which is in line with expectations.
There were scattered snow showers in the morning, but not much accumulation was expected throughout the day.
Temperatures are expected to reach the mid-30s, about 10 degrees warmer than the previous day, with calmer winds.
The first day of spring is expected to be on March 20, and temperatures will continue to rise into the mid-40s and 50s throughout the week, although scattered rain is expected on Wednesday and Thursday.
Despite the upcoming rain, it is not expected to be as cold or windy as the previous day.
