Massive Apartment Fire in Belle Glade Sparks Investigation

Belle Glade, Palm Beach County – An investigation is underway following a massive apartment fire that occurred on Friday on Northwest Avenue B.

Palm Beach County firefighters responded to the scene, where they were able to rescue three dogs trapped inside the building.

Thankfully, all residents managed to escape safely, although one person is receiving assistance from the Red Cross.

The rescued dogs are now in need of a new home.

Speculations about Florida Governor Ron DeSantis’ potential 2024 presidential campaign are making headlines as reports suggest he is one step closer to making it official.

According to sources close to the governor, DeSantis is leaning toward skipping the announcement of an exploratory committee and will instead launch his campaign next month.

His team has already begun preparations for the primary season debates, which will take place at the 16th Annual event.

Teachers Honored at Palm Beach County Convention Center

The Palm Beach County Convention Center hosted the annual “My Teacher, My Hero” award ceremony last night.

The event aimed to honor exceptional teachers from across the county.

Angela Rozier, our host for the evening, had the opportunity to speak with this year’s guest keynote speaker, Sheryl Lee Ralph, known for her role in the Emmy Award-winning show “Abbott Elementary.” A portion of the proceeds from the ceremony will go toward the Inlet Grove High School Scholarship Fund.

Weather Forecast: Cloudy Sunday, Warmer Days Ahead

Vanessa Vinent provides the morning forecast, predicting cloudy and breezy weather for Sunday, with temperatures in the lower 80s and a chance of showers.

However, warmer days are on the horizon, with Monday and Tuesday expected to see temperatures climb back up into the mid to upper 80s.

More sunshine is forecasted for Monday and Tuesday, followed by the return of thunderstorms by the end of the workweek, accompanied by hot temperatures.
