The suspect is described as a 28-year-old man, approximately 6’1″ and 210 pounds, with a muscular build, black eyes, and a mustache.
He was last seen wearing a baseball cap, a cream-colored XTC sweater over a green hoodie, black pants, and white shoes.
The assault took place on Monday morning around 1:30 am at a bus bench on the 7600 block of Santa Monica Boulevard in West Hollywood.
After forcing the woman into a nearby parking garage, the suspect sexually assaulted her before walking southbound on Fuller Avenue.
The incident has left residents concerned, especially with Saint Patrick’s Day celebrations taking place in the area.
Authorities are hoping that someone may recognize the suspect from the grainy photos released and report any information to the authorities.
