A 44-year-old man was shot dead outside an Overbrook bar in West Philly late on Monday night.
The victim was found semi-conscious inside the takeout area of the bar with a gunshot wound to his abdomen.
According to the Philadelphia police, the shooter and the victim were involved in a physical fight before the deadly shot was fired.
The shooter fired one shot from close range, just inches away from the victim.
The victim was pronounced dead at Penn Presbyterian Hospital overnight.
The shooter was last seen walking south on 66th Street from Lansdowne Avenue and has not been arrested yet.
The police are investigating the incident to determine what led to the altercation.
