Norfolk, Virginia – Norfolk Police arrested a man on Tuesday night after he barricaded himself and an employee inside the office of the Family Dollar on Chesapeake Boulevard.
According to investigators, Robert York was taken into custody shortly after police arrived at the scene.
York has been charged with abduction and is currently being held without bond at the Norfolk City Jail.
