Lieutenant Governor Winsome Earle-Sears, who graduated from Tidewater Community College (TCC) with an associate’s degree in 1992, will be delivering the commencement address at TCC’s upcoming graduation ceremony.
The announcement was made on May 8th at Chartway Arena.
She went on to earn degrees from ODU and Regent and has referred to TCC as a “godsend.” Students and faculty members alike are eagerly anticipating her speech.
