Denver High School Shooting Leaves One Critically Injured and Another Wounded Montebello Devastated: Tornado Rips Off Roofs and Injures One Person

Law enforcement officials are warning the public against impaired driving as many people head out to celebrate this busy weekend.

With St.

Patrick’s Day celebrations and March Madness in full swing, bars and restaurants are packed with patrons.

While many are having a good time, law enforcement officials are reminding everyone to plan ahead and avoid impaired driving.

Recently, an impaired driver allegedly struck several parked cars in Cheviot, causing serious damage.

Fortunately, no one was seriously hurt.

However, this incident serves as a reminder that impaired driving is a preventable problem.

According to the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration, about 32 people in the US die in drunk driving crashes each day.

That’s one person for every 45 minutes.

To avoid becoming a statistic, law enforcement officials suggest calling an Uber, getting in a Lyft, or having a designated driver.

Stay safe and have a good time this weekend.
