A 64-year-old landlord was killed in Hawaii during an altercation with his tenant, 23-year-old Kendall Gray, over an eviction.

Court documents revealed that Gray was charged with second-degree murder and that surveillance footage showed him stomping on the victim’s head and chest multiple times before dragging the body onto the sidewalk and fleeing the scene.

Gray is currently in custody on a bail of one million dollars.

The victim has been identified as Alvin Matsumoto.
